Security Question is very useful way to keep our account secure even if you forget your password or someone might have changed or hacked it in that case you can easily recover you Account But if your chosen Security Question is so weak that any of your friend and family member could guess it then your inviting trouble to your Facebook account.
If you have not added Security Question then you can add a secutiry Question to your account from your Security setting.
1.Click at the top right of any Facebook page and select Account Settings.
2.Click Security from the left-hand column.
3. Click on security question and pick a strong security question .
Note: You won't see this section if you've already added a security question to your account.
Follow this tips for picking security question:
1. Choose the answer of your security question which is easy to remember for you but difficult to guess so no one could able to guess it.2. keep your security question and answer secret, simply never talk about your security question to anyone.
You have to be wise with your security question. Below there are some example of Good and Bad security questions that may help you in choosing your Facebook security question.

What was your childhood nickname?
In what city did you meet your spouse/significant other?
What is the name of your favorite childhood friend?
What street did you live on in third grade?
What is the first name of the boy or girl that you first kissed?
Example Of Bad Security Question:
What was your favorite sport in high school?
What is the name of the High School you graduated from?
What is your pet's name?
What is your father's middle name?
